Day Care, Preschool, Kindergarten, Before & Afterschool

This program covers all participants attending Day Care, Preschool, Kindergarten, Before or After School and Parents Day Out Programs. Participants are covered for injuries incurred during the hours and days when the program is in session and while or participating in Program supervised and sponsored activities on or off premises.

These accident medical plans are written on a mandatory basis and all youth participants are covered. Coverage may also be purchased for adult participants if they are non-paid volunteers or staff members.

The Gross Premium and the Policy Administration Fee is due on or before the effective date for non-audited policies.  For audited policies, the Minimum Premium and the Policy Administration Fee are due on or before the effective date.  SMIC now accepts credit card payments.

Current accounts must use the enrollment forms sent with the renewal letters.

* Primary Coverage available only in Maryland.  All other states must have underwriter approval prior to binding.
